Our last and finally christmas

We were quit busy christmas day, we opened presents from Santa Claus christmas morning at our house, then Brian's family came to our house and opened gifts then we went to Brian's uncle's house that evening and opened more gifts. What a day but it was enjoyable by all. Cassie made out again like usual as you can tell with more baby dolls and Darren got a couple more John Deere tractors.

Will my house ever be the same, probably not after looking at the first picture. The kids got so much stuff I am still trying to find room for stuff. The kids even got a bouncy pony, wagon, john deere tractors, play dough, v-tech smile system, Cassie got a digital camera and much more. The bottom picture is Brian's grandparents (Ed and Helen Labo).

Christmas Morning

The first picture is the kids opening their gifts from Santa Claus. The second one is Cassie getting her lego house that she really wanted and the last one is Darren getting a dozer. The kids had fun opening and didn't even wake up till 8:45am. After Cassie woke up she was very patient and even waited till we got Darren up so they could open their presents together.

Grandma Snay's christmas

We had a busy weekend on Sunday we celebrated christmas with my Grandma Snay. I have included a picture of me and my 2 sisters (Amanda and Chelsea). The one picture is of Grandma Snay and her girls (Debbie,Denise,Diana and Donna)

Hiler's Christmas

We celebrated my mom's christmas on Saturday and the kids had fun as you can tell and got alot of nice things too. The one picture is Darren hugging his cousin Devin, isn't that so cute?

Christmas trees and sick kids

The top tree is the christmas tree in our living room and the next tree is the one in our basement. The kids have not been feeling well lately, Darren is getting his molars and Cassie has been complaining about her ear hurting. Looks like we may have to make a doctor visit tomorrow.

Cassie and Darren's cousin Devin came up for the weekend so we had a full tub at bathtime. Aunt Mandi and Uncle Dave brought Devin up and we went shopping Saturday night and everyone had a good time. Brian and I started decorating for christmas. I will have to post pictures of our lights later.

Happy Halloween

Tuesday was trick or treat in our neighborhood. My mother in law and me decided to take the kids out, they had a blast Cassie was a little shy at first and Darren wanted more.

Little Boo at the Toledo Zoo

We had nice but cool day at the zoo today. The zoo holds this event every year for preschoolers and young kids to enjoy. Cassie had fun as you can tell. Little Darren was a little pumpkin and Cassie was Sleeping Beauty.

New York

I got to experience a once in a lifetime trip to New York City. My sister in law Jenny Phillips lived in Hauppauge, NY (which is on long island just outside of NYC) for awhile this year. I got invited in April to visit her with my mother in law and other sister in law and decided to take the chance up. As you see we visited alot of sights, got to see ground zero,got to go by statue of liberty,empire state building and more. Had a great trip their would love to see it again sometime.

Darren's 1st Birthday

Summer Fun

We all enjoyed this summer outside alot especially playing and swimming as you can see. Even got to enjoy some tractor pulls to. Got to see David Siefert (my brother in law) and his dad with their brand new tractor (which is the picture) also watched my dad pull his 3 engine modified pulling tractor.I have always enjoyed tractor pulling since I was raised with it now hopefully my kids will learn to enjoy it too.

Cassie's 3rd Birthday Party

Cassie celebrated her 3rd birthday. We celebrated at mom and dad hiler's along with aunt mandi and great aunt Debbie celebrating their birthdays too. It was a fun time for all and Cassie got lots of presents.

The Kids

Here is a recent picture of Darren Edward. He turned 1 on May 7th. He maybe getting big but still has yet to talk to us yet. He should be talking soon though as much as he babbles. He is a handful. He will soon outgrow his big sister since there is only 4lbs difference between them. He is a great little guy, eats about anything and is never fussy unless he is tired.

Here is Miss Cassie Ann. She just turned 3 on August 15th. She may look innocent but isn't. She is a little stinker. I guess it is just this age. We are trying to get her to go potty more often but she just can't get it down. She is a very good little player though, she will go in her bedroom for hours and play barbies,puzzles,dress-up and etc. She loves to read to herself too. She has been talking about Santa Claus already, she can't wait till christmas.
