Well since our garden went nuts with tomatoes, I decided to make homemade salsa. Of course the kids had to help too, they were very patient since it seemed to take all day to do this. Oh well maybe next time it won't take as long and I won't have to run to the store 2 times either. I should of been better prepared but didn't realize 8 cups of banana peppers is alot of peppers.

I need that recipe because I have alot of tomatoes and one our favorite things around here is salsa!! We are a salsa loving family!! I have never made it myself but was actually going to try soon because we have an abundance of tomatoes!!
